To leverage the power of social networks to give students the power to communicate about classes in a simple, useful and efficient environment.
Current Focus:
As a team, our current focus is to build a social network within university communities. This social network will act as a collaborative, engaging platform that makes searching for and exploring classes easier and more efficient. Our goal is to connect students who have taken a course to students who are interested in that same course, thus facilitating discussion.

Education ( Currently limited to the Northwestern University community)
Customer Focus:
Imagine you are a graduate student studying at Northwestern University, and need to choose classes for the next quarter. However, the list of classes is enormous, the rating system on CAESAR is difficult to use, and you end up with twelve classes thrown into your shopping cart. Plus, you now have four classes all conflicting with each other, and you’re not sure which to choose. You just wish you could talk to someone who has been there. Do all class searches have to be this frustrating?

With CoEva, we put your education in your hands. CoEva is a social media platform where students can rate classes they’ve taken, favorite classes they want to take and easily build potential class schedules, and above all, talk to students who have been there. Students can open a chat with those who have rated the class before, and ask them the real questions they want answered.
With CoEva, a collaborative network without barriers is finally within our reach. Students are no longer limited by archaic university programs or confusing class descriptions. CoEva gives students an inside look into each class, and allows them to communicate with each other about their concerns without the added pressure of a public forum. With CoEva, each class will be the right class-- no hidden surprises.
